Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Is this too good to be true?

It may sound that way, but it is the real deal my friends. This dip is made with a base of garbanzo beans which adds a healthy dose of protein and fiber. Then we sweeten the deal with our tried and true friend, peanut butter. The hidden ingredient is the powdered peanut butter, it’s just that, powdered peanuts. All of the flavor and protein of peanut butter without the additional fat. PB2 or PBfit are popular powdered peanut butter brands. Then. top it off with some chocolate chips, and this dip is your new favorite snack.

Serve with sliced apples, graham crackers, or a spoon. :) Happy Snacking!

Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

A dip that tastes like peanut butter cookie dough, contains protein and is easy to make. Does life get any better?

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz. can) Garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 1/4 cup PB2 or powdered peanut butter
  • ½ cup Peanut butter
  • 1 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • ¼ cup Chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine, garbanzo beans, PB2, peanut butter, water, vanilla, and honey in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips.
