  3. Weekly Chats: We'll connect for a 15-20 minute chat every week. During these sessions, we'll celebrate your victories, make necessary adjustments to your lifestyle and nutrition protocols, and continuously refine your Nutrition & Wellness Plan. You'll leave each conversation feeling empowered and excited to take the next steps.

  4. Accountability and Ongoing Support: Accountability is crucial for success, adherence, and sustainability. Throughout our journey together, I will provide the ongoing resources and support you need to stay on track. We'll work on building your personalized nutrition plan, overcoming challenges, improving your relationship with food, enhancing your overall health, and creating continued motivation. You'll gain a basic understanding of nutrition and macronutrients while enjoying delicious, nourishing meals.

Your commitment to this process is important, which is why there is a minimum three-month commitment. This timeframe allows us to delve deep, establish meaningful habits, and set you on a transformative path towards lasting health and wellness.
