Simple Fluffy Traditional Waffles

Ingredients
- 2 each Eggs
- 473 ml. (2 cups) Milk, 2%
- 40 g. (2.5 tbs.) Butter, unsalted
- 300 g. (2 cups) 1 to 1 Baking Flour, Bobβs Red Mill
- 17 g. (1 tbs.) Baking powder
- 30 g. (2 tbs.) Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron to medium high heat.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter until combined.
- Next, whisk in the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until combined.
- Ladle 120 grams (1/2 cup) of waffle batter into waffle iron and close.
- Cook until browned and done throughout, about 4-5 minutes.
- Serve with fresh berries and maple syrup or your favorite toppings.
