Ingredients

  • 2 each Eggs
  • 473 ml. (2 cups) Milk, 2%
  • 40 g. (2.5 tbs.) Butter, unsalted
  • 300 g. (2 cups) 1 to 1 Baking Flour, Bob’s Red Mill
  • 17 g. (1 tbs.) Baking powder
  • 30 g. (2 tbs.) Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle iron to medium high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Next, whisk in the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until combined.
  4. Ladle 120 grams (1/2 cup) of waffle batter into waffle iron and close.
  5. Cook until browned and done throughout, about 4-5 minutes.
  6. Serve with fresh berries and maple syrup or your favorite toppings.
