In-Home Cooking Demonstration

Chef Karla will join you and your guests in your kitchen to share and demonstrate tips and tricks to simply create healthy and flavorful food. Chef Karla focuses on making healthy food enjoyable, approachable and most importantly, crave-able! We will dial in on classic cooking techniques, knife skills, and productive flavor combinations.

Breakfast Demonstration: 

·      Blueberry banana muffins

·      Huevos avocados: Poached egg served on whole wheat toast topped with fresh avocado salsa 

Lunch Demonstration: 

·      Hummus Plate: Basil hummus served with fresh celery, carrots, cucumber and pita chips

·      Grain Salad: Roasted vegetables, farro, goat cheese, tossed in an herbed vinaigrette topped with seared salmon  

Cook Once Eat Twice Demonstration: 

·      Slow cooker Greek pulled pork

·      Gyros with Greek salsa

·      Mediterranean stuffed bell peppers
