Herb + Zucchini Turkey Burger
Every great Summer needs a solid go-to burger recipe. Here it is! This burger is made with a lean ground turkey breast, and mixed with zucchini, onion, and herbs to dial up the flavor while keeping a moist patty. It is surely a crowd pleaser.
When purchasing the turkey, make sure you purchase ground turkey breast for the leanest option. Ground turkey will have a higher fat content because the dark meat and skin are ground in the meat too.
Load up this turkey burger with your favorites; sliced avocado, cheddar cheese, tomatoes and arugula. Serve with a fresh cucumber and tomato salad or crispy sweet potato fries…. or both… because balance. :)
