Since you have your cutting board out , cut up all of the sweet potato fries you will need for the week. Work smarter, not harder!

Prep a big batch of sweet potato fries, season, then store the raw potatoes in a container in the fridge to easily grab it and pop in the oven for the next meal.

Be sure to spread the fries out on the pan.

Leave plenty of space, for the perfect crispy French fry. Doing so allows the steam to release when the potatoes are cooking. The steam will evaporate, rather than releasing it into a fellow fry, making it mushy.
