Chocolate Granola Bliss Bites
Attention all snackers! I have a treat for you! These chocolate granola bliss bites are the perfect healthy and delicious pick-me-up. I promise, you won’t be able to eat just one. These bites are loaded with good-for-you and energy dense ingredients making them the perfect snack or after dinner treat.
These goodies are great on the go, stored in your pantry for up to a week, or will last in your freezer for up to 6 months. Save your money on store bought granola bars and protein bars and whip up these tasty bites.
Chocolate Granola Bliss Bites
Yield: 22-25
Ingredients
- 10 each Dates, pitted
- 1 cup Purely Elizabeth granola, original
- 1 ounce Dried cherries (~2 tablespoons)
- 2 tablespoons Water
- 1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup Almonds
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Almond butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a food processor combine all ingredients. Pulse until coarsely chopped and the mixture begins to bind. If the mixture isn’t binding, add 1-2 tablespoons of water more.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball. Place on a lightly greased sheet tray.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
