Chocolate Granola Bliss Bites

These bites are loaded with good-for-you and energy dense ingredients making them the perfect snack or after dinner treat.

These goodies are great on the go, stored in your pantry for up to a week, or will last in your freezer for up to 6 months. Save your money on store bought granola bars and protein bars and whip up these tasty bites.

Chocolate Granola Bliss Bites

Ingredients

  • 10 each Dates, pitted
  • 1 cup Purely Elizabeth granola, original
  • 1 ounce Dried cherries (~2 tablespoons)
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Almonds
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Almond butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a food processor combine all ingredients. Pulse until coarsely chopped and the mixture begins to bind. If the mixture isn’t binding, add 1-2 tablespoons of water more.
  3. Scoop 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball. Place on a lightly greased sheet tray.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
