Apple Cinnamon Energy Bites
These easy energy bites are the perfect healthy snack. They only take 15 minutes to make and they are loaded with good-for-you ingredients. Whip up a batch of these seasonal bites for an easy on the go snack, breakfast, or midnight snack.
Baked Apple Cinnamon Bites

Ingredients
- 9 each/142 grams Dates, pitted
- 29 grams (3/4 cup) Freeze-dried apple
- 66 grams (1/2 cup) Walnuts
- 29 grams (1/4 cup) Old fashion oats
- 23 grams (2 tbs.) Ground flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
- 60 grams (3 tbs.) Applesauce, unsweetened
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a food processor blend dates.
- Add walnuts, oats, flax seeds, cinnamon, and blend until minced.
- Add freeze-dried apple and applesauce, pulse until dough forms.
- Scoop into 15-gram balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven.
- Serve warm or allow to cool.
